Sofia Pernas is a Moroccan actress born and was raised at home in Orange County. At the age of 5 she moved from Morocco to California. The actress got her first taste of acting in the year of 2015. The same year, she graduated from the University of California San Diego. Pernas she had appeared in tiny appearances in NCIS as well as Leverage prior to her debut in the role in the role of Marisa on The Young and the Restless, was a familiar face on the soap opera. Following her departure from the soap-opera Jane the Virgin in 2016, the actress was cast in the role of Catalina the character that was on the show frequently. She speaks four languages and has since appeared in The Brave with Hannah Rivera and also The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. Between 2019 and 2020 Pernas was portrayed by Lexi Vaziri as part of Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly confirmed that Pernas and Justin Hartley were dating in May, in 2020. The relationship began following Chrishell Stause, the This Is Us actress split in November 2018. Pernas Hartley recently wed at a private wedding as per reports in May 2020.
