Alison Krauss is one of the most popular and richest Country Singer who was born on the 23rd July in the United States state of Illinois, Decatur. She and LeAnn Kymes were two of the earliest winners of the Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss is an American bluegrass and country musician. She was born on July 23, 1971. Alison Maria Krauss started her career in music early and was a winner of local contests by the age of 10. Her first recording was her first album at fourteen. She signed to Rounder Records, her first album was released in 1987. The band invited her to join the group with which she still performs Alison Krauss and Union Station and released her first album in the group in 1989.
