Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is a playback singer actor, actress and musician. She works primarily as musician and performer for Tamil as well as Malayalam-language movies. Her acting debut was in the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam which was followed by her Malayalam d but with Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah was born in an Anglo-Indian family at Arakkonam Tamil Nadu.Andrea's father is a lawyer at the Madras High Court. Her mother is the older daughter of a research assistant who lives in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah has a family in the vicinity of Chennai She was a student at National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College. She's said she was quite a geek and wanted to be psychiatrist once she had completed her 12th board exams.Andrea learned classical piano as a child at age eight. Young Stars, a Jackson Five group that she joined at the age of 10 was her foundation for early music and singing. She was also a theatre student at her school as well as appearing in various performances staged by The Madras Players and EVAM. Andrea was president of Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea began her professional career as a theatre actress as Girish Karanad's Nagamandala. In 2006, she starred in a new leo advertisement with actor Shiva. She also starred in a television series which was broadcast on Podhigai. She's performed as a character in India. She was in a small role in the finale of Kanda Naal Mudhal (2005). Gautham Menon enlisted Andrea to perform the role of a leading character after she sang in Vettaiyaadu's Vilaiyaadu. Andrea appeared as Kalyani who is a homewife who's husband is involved in an affair. Andrea was allegedly forced to do so. Andrea won the role of Kalyani in the wake of Simran Shobana Tabu and other actresses were asked to audition for the role. It was released early in 2010. Her minor role was accepted in the film of Venkat Mankatha in the year 2011, which included a host of actors. Annayum Rasoolum, a romantic film produced by Rajeeev R. released in 2013, marked the actress's Malayalam debut.
